Certain Ubiquiti PoE Adapter models are designed for seamless use with the airGateway—a compact CPE gateway with built-in Wi-Fi that links a subscriber’s local network to a WISP network. The airGateway comes in three versions: Standard (internal antenna), Pro Dual-Band Wi-Fi (internal antenna), and LR Long-Range (external antenna).
This adapter outputs 48VDC at 0.5A, supports 2-pair powering (pins 4,5+; 7,8−), and features surge and clamping protection, along with an IEC-320 C6 AC connector and RJ45 shielded socket. Measuring 88 × 57 × 33 mm and weighing 135.5 g, it operates from 100–240VAC at 50/60 Hz, with high efficiency (0.8), low ripple, and tight voltage regulation. It functions in 0–40 °C, stores down to −30 °C, and meets CE, FCC, IC, and UL certifications.
