Certain Ubiquiti PoE Adapter models are built for compatibility with the airGateway—a compact CPE gateway with built-in Wi-Fi that connects a subscriber’s local network to a WISP network. The airGateway comes in three versions: Standard (internal antenna), Pro Dual-Band Wi-Fi (internal antenna), and LR Long-Range (external antenna).
The adapter delivers 24VDC at 0.5A, supports remote reset, and features surge and clamping protection, 2-pair powering (pins 4,5+; 7,8-), and an IEC-320 C6 AC connector. It operates from 100–240VAC, 50/60Hz, with high efficiency, low ripple, and robust regulation. Compact and lightweight (87 × 44 × 29 mm, 92 g), it functions in 0–40 °C, with storage down to −30 °C, and meets CE, FCC, IC, and UL certifications.
