The Huawei LST7MPUE0001 is a high-performance main control unit (MPU) designed for the S12700E switch series.
It is compatible with LST7MPUE0000 and supports active/standby operation for enhanced reliability.
After a switchover, fans switch to intelligent speed adjustment, with manual fan-speed control via the set fan-speed command.
Boards manufactured since November 2021 require V200R020HP0010 or later patches for use in version V200R020C10SPC500.
This MPU integrates the main control unit, clock unit, and system maintenance unit into one module. It also supports advanced Operations,
Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) functions such as:
- 802.1ag: Supports identification, detection, and continuity check (CC) packets.
- MPLS OAM: Enables MPLS OAM packet detection and transmission.
