Flexible Storage and I/O Expansion
It includes an embedded SATA HPE Dynamic Smart Array B140i Controller for boot and data, with optional HPE Smart Array Controllers or Smart HBAs for high-performance SAS connectivity in HBA or RAID modes. The server supports up to 8 LFF or 16 SFF drives, plus 8 DIMM slots with up to 256 GB of HPE DDR4 SmartMemory for enhanced reliability and efficiency.
Optimized Networking and Expansion
Standard 2x1GbE adapters, up to five PCIe expansion slots, and support for a single-wide GPU allow flexible networking and improved performance for graphics or VDI applications. Five USB ports and redundant power supply options provide additional scalability.
Energy Efficiency and Management
Designed for improved ambient temperature compliance with ASHRAE A3, the server reduces cooling costs. HPE iLO and HPE Insight Control enable remote monitoring, configuration, and automation, while Smart Update tools (SUM and SPP) simplify firmware and driver maintenance.
