The HPE ProLiant BL660c Gen9 Server Blade is a high-performance, dense four-socket (4S) blade designed for enterprise workloads such as virtualization, databases, and business processing. It supports two or four Intel Xeon E5-4600 v3 or v4 processors, each with up to 22 cores and 135W, providing exceptional performance, scalability, and flexibility.
With HPE DDR4 SmartMemory running at 2400 MT/s (up to 4 TB with 128 GB DIMMs), it delivers up to 33% higher throughput and 35% lower power consumption than legacy DDR3 memory. Optional support for SFF NVMe SSDs and the HPE Smart Array P246br storage controller ensures fast, reliable storage performance for demanding applications.
The BL660c Gen9 offers flexible boot and storage options including USB 3.0, dual Micro-SD, two SFF drives, and optional M.2 storage. Tiered storage controller options and support for UEFI or Legacy BIOS modes allow workload-specific optimization to lower TCO.
Networking is highly adaptable with HPE FlexibleLOM providing 10 Gb or 20 Gb FlexFabric ports. HPE OneView provides a unified management platform, offering single-pane monitoring of hardware, software, firmware, and drivers. Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) enables advanced server lifecycle management, including iLO federation for remote, large-scale server control.
