The HPE OfficeConnect 1820 is a basic smart managed 8-port Gigabit switch designed for small to medium-sized networks. It features 8 autosensing 10/100/1000 RJ-45 ports, supports a switching capacity of 16 Gbps, and delivers throughput up to 11.9 Mpps. Powered by an ARM Cortex-A9 processor with 128 MB SDRAM, 16 MB flash, and a 1.5 MB packet buffer, it ensures efficient performance. The switch offers latency as low as <7 µs at 100 Mb and <2.4 µs at 1000 Mb. With a maximum power consumption of 12.2 W and input voltage of 100–240 VAC, it is energy-efficient and easy to manage via a web browser interface.
