The Cisco IP Phone 8800 Key Expansion Module enhances call coverage for administrative assistants and others who need to monitor and manage multiple lines beyond the capabilities of the Cisco IP Phone 8851 and 8861. Featuring 18 physical keys and two illuminated page buttons, it provides access to 36 programmable keys in total.
Up to three modules can be connected to the Cisco 8861, and up to two on the Cisco 8851, offering flexible expansion. The large color LCD display enables quick identification of line status, speed dials, or programmable features, with adjustable brightness for user preference. Illuminated keys make it simple to identify active or shared lines.
Shipped with a foot stand and all required hardware, the module connects easily in a side-by-side configuration. While not designed as a direct replacement for operator or attendant consoles, it is an ideal tool for extending call management capabilities in busy work environments.
