Description
The Cisco 10GBASE-LRM Module provides versatile 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity with support for multiple fiber types. It supports link lengths of up to 220 meters on standard Fiber Distributed Data Interface (FDDI) grade Multimode Fiber (MMF). For FDDI-grade, OM1, and OM2 fibers, a mode conditioning patch cord is required to meet specifications, while no patch cord is needed for OM3 or OM4 fibers.
Additionally, the module supports link lengths of up to 300 meters on standard Single-Mode Fiber (SMF, G.652), making it a reliable solution for flexible deployment needs.
