Fibrenetix E8-Series offers highly scalable storage, specifically designed and developed to meet the demanding needs of medium-range to high-end surveillance applications.
The E8-Series is based on Fibrenetix high-performance video streaming chip technology, delivering at least 30% more performance than competing products and supporting at least 30% more cameras per storage controller.
The E8-Series with dual 10Gbit iSCSI connections is engineered to handle hundreds of video streams and massive capacities with long retention, all in a small footprint. Each E8-Series system can service hundreds of megapixel cameras, with up to 8 Petabytes of storage per iSCSI controller.
A Scalable Technology
Additional E8 systems can be added to the storage network, enabling scalability to hundreds of Petabytes for Homeland Security, airports, and city surveillance deployments.
E88 Systems Offer Real Enterprise Class High Availability
The 16-bay E88-Series supports a dual-controller option for full redundancy. All connection points and JBOD controllers provide dual-controller support. Combined with hot-swap power supplies, fans, and hard disk drives, E88 systems deliver true enterprise-class high availability.
E8-Series is also available with dual 8/16/32 Gbit Fibre Channel host connections.
